Bunker Gold & Silver is FinTech web platform for buy/sell gold, silver, platinum bars around the world.
The business goal for the project is to increase the number of transactions because the way to monetize the project is commission on orders.
My Task
My role is UX and UI Designer.
My work are: rebranding Bunker Gold & Silver; redesign for web platform (ux/ui: making wireframes; user research; creating a new visual design concept) to improve user experience and interaction and the number of oders.
UX Research
Based on user feedback (collected from existing platform users by a personal manager) and competitive analysis, 10 hypotheses were proposed and 4 priority ones were selected.
